Business Consulting and Planning Services
A key element of our public accounting practice is helping business owners with tasks such as formulating workable small business strategies and crafting winning business plans. For a small number of businesses, we can even, in very special circumstances, provide a CPA to function as the chief financial officer on a part-time basis. (Note: Such an engagement requires a two-day-a-month written retainer--time that must be in addition to any tax planning and preparation work performed.) If you need these types of general business consulting services, please call us.
Note: Two of the items listed below need to be explained. The "Building a Business Planning Workbook" item is actually the HTML version of a chapter in our book, MBA's Guide to Microsoft Excel 2000. The BIZPLAN.XLS item is the Excel workbook that the chapter discusses. If you use these resources, you'll be interested to know that the MBA's Guide to Microsoft Excel 2000 has been used as a text for business planning classes, workshops and seminars at a number of top-ranked graduate business schools, including Notre Dame, Columbia, Dartmouth, and Thunderbird.
